Those who qualify have been identified, however, all who qualify by their title or position are not necessarily eligible for the grant. 

To be eligible, you must be able to document in writing the extra time spent outside of and in addition to your normal working hours, the extra costs you have incurred to provide services to students OR the hazardous conditions you experienced to provide services and education to students.  Documentation must be received by the school district and kept on file for a period of seven years in the event of a state and/or federal review. 

If you have been identified as eligible, you will be receiving an email Monday, Nov. 9th by 12:00 PM with Form 5734 requesting the form be completed and returned to Janet Linck, Director of Business Services, with documentation of your eligibility by December 4, 2020. 

If you do not receive an email Monday, Nov. 9th by 12:00 PM with Form 5734 attached, you are not eligible.  If you believe you have met the criteria for the grant, you may submit your appeal to Janet Linck, Director of Business Services in writing with documentation of your potential eligibility, no later than December 4, 2020.
